Jan Sebon, the voice of Haiti, will be performing on Curacao again!
 
Last July we were introduced to this great Haitian artist, living in Miami. He performed in La Tentashon some music from his latest CD and some new music he wrote here with youth. He also held a lunch concert in the hofi of Landhuis Bloemhof, which was a great success. Two of his songs ‘Mango’ and ‘The City of Progress’ are regularly played via our local radio stations. 
 
Jan Sebon will give a small free preview on Thursday November 17, 2011 at 12:30 pm in Landhuis Bloemhof. This is in preparation of his concert ‘Jan Sebon and Friends’ in Teatro Luna Blou on November 22, 2011 at 8 pm. Local artists like Pierre Dunker, Ompi Tio, Victor Mario Sosa, Ilonka Alberto and Sheila Payne, amongst others, will be joining this event.
 
The show will be a combination of concert and musical theater, which is a trademark of Jan Sebon.
 
Entrance fee is Naf 27,50
